2sleepy is an electronic project from Kyiv, Ukraine, currently based in New York, Kyiv and Krakow.
2sleepy was one of the first to pave the way for upscale electronic scene in Ukraine in the mid-2000s.
After having released their debut album Fragments of Sleep on the Austrian record label Laridae in 2006, the band recorded the album Art Fraud in 2008, which was named one of the most important albums in the history of Ukrainian electronic music.
In 2012, the band created a soundtrack to the restored version of Ivan Kavaleridze's classic film Perekop. After that, the band went on hiatus to resume it 3 years later, when they started working on their new record.
In 2018, 2sleepy dropped their third album For The Next Day, which was recorded completely remotely. The album was nominated for the Aprize Award.
